By attending the IWAA meeting, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the use of photographs and videos taken during the event:

• Consent to Use: You hereby grant the Intermountain West Allergy Association (IWAA) and its authorized representatives permission to photograph and video record you during the event.
• Rights Granted: You authorize IWAA to use, reproduce, distribute, and display these images and videos in any promotional materials, including but not limited to, the IWAA website, social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels, without any compensation to you.
• Scope of Use: This consent applies to any images and videos taken at the event that may include your likeness, image, voice, or name.
• Duration: This authorization will remain effective unless and until you notify IWAA in writing that you wish to revoke it. Revocation will not apply to materials already in production or distributed.
• No Additional Rights: By agreeing to this release, you understand that you do not own any rights to the images or videos and that IWAA is not obligated to use any photograph or video containing your image.
